At the helm of BM Estates is Minesh Modha, Founder & Director, who established the agency in 2006 and has guided its development for two decades.

Through changing economic climates, evolving legislation and every stage of the property cycle, Minesh has remained committed to the principles upon which BM Estates was founded: professionalism, integrity, exceptional local knowledge and advice clients can trust.

Aaran Rathod, Head of Operations & Business Development, oversees sales and lettings valuations, new business, business development and the day-to-day operations of BM Estates. From advising homeowners and landlords on the positioning and potential of their properties to developing new opportunities and driving the continued growth of the agency, Aaran plays a central role in both the client experience and the future of the business.

Naz Adam, Property Specialist, works closely with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, providing knowledgeable and attentive support throughout their property journey.

Dawood, Property Compliance & Viewings Coordinator, oversees key property compliance responsibilities while conducting viewings and ensuring prospective buyers and tenants receive a professional and informed introduction to our properties.

Kishor Kotecha, Accounts Manager, oversees the financial and accounting functions of BM Estates, supporting the efficient and professional operation of the business.
